Q. When will my order ship?

A. All orders are shipped the same working day if ordered before 2PM.

A.    International Deliveries (estimates)
 International Signed for (worldwide)  – 3 - 7 working days normally. 
timescales are estimates as its postal service. Royal mail will only give signed for service not step by step tracking.
Items that are lost in post we must wait for Royal Mail grace period before we can resend. We will replace lost items so buy in confidence. Lost item are very rare.

Q. What does "We may ship a 100% compatible part number for your screen" mean?
A. This means that if you order your part by the part number we may send a different part number but it will be 100% compatible. We may ship a screen by a different manufacturer. 
We will do this without contacting you first. We do this as some parts are not available and also it helps us buy in volume and pass the saving we make on to you our customers.Manufacturers we ship are

If you need a specific part number please contact us BEFORE purchasing. Rest assured the part number we send will work perfectly and be of the same quality as the original. 

Q. What is the difference between ordering a screen from Display.llc and ordering directly from the manufacturer?
A. There is no difference in quality, except the price you pay with Display.llc is lower! 

Q. I am a trader do you offer trade prices?
A. Yes we can offer trade prices for qty purchases. Please email us.

Q. Are the screens difficult to fit?
A. Most are very easy to fit. Try looking at youtube.
Please make sure you remove your battery.

Q. I am not sure if my screen is LED or LCD type screen.
A. The best way is to remove the screen before purchase. The part number will be on the back of the screen. Search our shop for that part number or email us and we will be happy to tell you. Use the above link to help you remove it.

Q. How can I pay?
A. We accept PayPal, debit and credit cards. Please  email [ info@ottintl.com] to pay with card. We can send you a payment link if you prefer to pay online.

Q. Do I receive a VAT invoice with my purchase?
A. We supply a full VAT invoice with every purchase. This will be emailed to you when the item has been dispatched along with the tracking number. 

Q. What will happen if I miss my delivery?
A. Our courier should leave a card with the telephone number of the local depot, so that you can contact them. Sometimes cards are not left by couriers. You can check if a delivery attempt has been made with the tracking details we supply by email.

Q. Do you provide a warranty?
A. We offer 90 days warranty on all purchases. You can upgrade your warranty at time of purchase to 12 months from £4.99 Please email [ info@ottintl.com] to do this. 

Q. Where do you deliver to?
A. We deliver to most locations worldwide. 

Q. I can't find the screen that I require in your listings?
A. We cannot list every model so please contact us directly and we should have it in stock.  If on the rare occasion we don't, we will do our best find it for you.

Q. What happens if the goods are damaged in transit?
A. All of our products are dispatched in brand new, purpose made packaging and damages are extremely rare. However we will replace any damaged products if the damaged item is reported to us on delivery (within 24 hrs of receipt). We cannot except any claims outside of this time frame sorry. PLEASE CHECK YOUR GOODS ON DELIVERY!!!!

Q. I have ordered the part but no longer need it.
A. You can return the part within 30 days of receipt for refund.

Q. I ordered a screen of yours and now the screen is no longer required. Can I return this back?

A. We offer 30 days peace of mind guarantee (refund or exchange). It is customer's responsibility to pay for return postage.

Q. The screen has developed a manufacturing fault; how can we proceed now?

A. If our supplied item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please contact us for RMA (return merchandise authorization) and return instructions. If you return the item, you must return it with RMA number and copy of invoice, and must state reason for return. (Note: Any faulty item(s) or wrong item(s) must be returned within 30 days from receipt. It is customer's responsibility to pay for return postage in any instance. It is advisable that customer should obtain proof of postage in case of rare event of the item not being received.

 Q. I have sent the screen back to you, but still have not received my refund/replacement?

A.We can only refund or replace the item when we actually receive it back. You must return item with RMA number and copy of invoice, without this we cannot identify the item and it will delay refund/replacement.
